Mientras estuve contigo, mencioné un plato llamado Laverbread que está hecho de algas. Aquí se sirve con berberechos locales y setas al ajillo.

When I was with Rosa & Juan at Cook & Taste – Tenerife, we talked about seafood. I mentioned and described “Laverbread” which is a delicacy in Wales as well as parts of Eire and Scotland.

I thought the iron packed dish lends itself to tapas style course.
