Wok can you sea?

Everyone has the same problem when it comes to food and cooking in the summer time – “I want something different but it’s too hot!”

Of course you can simply go out or order in but where’s the fun in that? Rummaging around the fridge and freezer, you can magic up a veritable feast and not spend hours sweltering over a cooker.

I present a culinary career crash of styles and ingredients. Chow mein styled saag dish. The main ingredient is seafood. To be specific Basa and Scallops. . Spinach, Carrots, peas, Broccoli and Cauliflower, cooked on a sauce of simple mild curry with rice and noodles. Wok cooked but over a low heat allowing all the flavours to merge.

The occasional stir and just yet everything come together as in paella cooking.
