Tonight I made a ‘make-shift’ Pasta Carbonara utilising two onions, 80% of the leftover mushrooms, an entire bulb of garlic, oregano, two tins of mushroom soup, a tin of ham and all the tri-colour pasta I had left! Yep anyone near Fuengirola there’s plenty here, just bring gin – tonight I get good and tight!
