If you spell stressed backwards you get DESSERT! Here’s a cheeky little simple dish to push the blues away.
fresh or frozen berries such as raspberries and blueberries
Vanilla ice cream
70% Cocoa Dark Chocolate
in a non-stick pan heat the fruit with a little water and sugar on a high heat until the blueberries begin to pop then set aside. In dessert glasses or cocktail glasses layer crushed meringue with scoops of ice cream, nut and fruit. Finally add some squirty cream and grated chocolate.
